Responsibilities
1. Link the strategy team and the downstream large-scale delivery team to clarify special goals, and break them down into process indicators for daily operations to track and ensure that the goals are achieved 2. Combine input from all parties to formulate new merchant growth and existing old merchant sales operation strategies within the community, build the merchant operation capabilities of the delivery team from the dimensions of front-end and back-end product tools, processes, knowledge, etc., to ensure that merchants achieve strategic tasks such as product uploading and posting 3. With the local life industry business knowledge and business service basic capabilities as input, build a knowledge system for community operations to adapt to the large-scale delivery team 4. Continuously improve the community personnel portrait and capability model, work closely with the delivery supervisor, manage the workplace transformation capabilities and efficiency, and coordinate quality training resources to empower the seats 5. Combined with the pain points of daily operations, promote the construction of merchant-side products/community tool product capabilities, reduce the self-service operating costs of merchants, and improve the efficiency of community personnel.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of project management experience, familiar with local life business and B-side community operation related experience is preferred 2. Strong logic, keen insight and analytical ability, result-oriented, good communication and coordination skills and teamwork ability 3. Those with strong project coordination or management experience are preferred.
