Merchant Product Manager (Growth Management Direction) - Lifestyle Services

1. Responsible for the design of growth management products for local merchants 2. In-depth understanding of the business model and management methods of local merchants in Douyin, combined with the different business stages and business routes of merchants in Douyin, design products on the merchant side that can guide merchants operations and help them improve their business results 3. Cooperate with business, strategy and other teams to understand the platform policies and strategies, transmit information to merchants through the merchant end, and guide merchants to conduct business within the platform rules 4. Coordinate internal and external resources to promote the project to be launched on time and with quality, review the project in time after launch, and update and iterate the project according to actual needs.

1. Bachelor degree or above, product experience above grade 3, with experience in merchant-oriented and business growth-related work preferred 2. Clear logic, strong empathy, able to think about problems and design products from the perspective of merchants 3. Result-oriented, strong execution, with a certain ability to withstand pressure, proactive and without boundaries, able to think independently and summarize.
