Responsibilities
1. Through the operation of industry cooperation customers, based on the merchant stratification, be responsible for the growth of merchants, continuously improve the merchant sales through strategy and product construction, realize the positive transition of merchants, and be responsible for the industry performance 2. Segment the merchants, carry out refined operations according to the merchant characteristics and source channels, use different rights and interests incentives and other methods to leverage the merchants willingness to join Douyin, and improve the merchants business capabilities extract and refine the working methods or experience of industry operations, and effectively replicate and promote them to more merchants 3. Improve the growth efficiency of merchants by expanding traffic exposure, improving settlement conversion, and doing a good job in B-end traffic acceptance, open the minds of merchants, and ensure the merchant experience 4. Deeply cultivate commodities, be responsible for the formulation of commodity strategies in the region, effectively improve the scale and quality of commodity supply, and have systematic operational thinking ability based on the analysis of business traffic characteristics and supply characteristics 5. Pay attention to market conditions, follow up product dynamics, and propose response strategies in a timely manner.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of Internet commodity or merchant operation experience, those with e-commerce or retail operation experience are preferred 2. Understand the business perspective of merchants, be able to see the essence, explore opportunities, and be able to coordinate and integrate resources and strongly promote the implementation of all parties 3. Willing to go deep into the front line and have good expression and communication and collaboration skills 4. Have a pragmatic and realistic work attitude, self-motivation and responsibility, be good at in-depth business collaboration, and provide substantial guidance and help to the business 5. Proficient in using efficient office tools such as data dashboards, data analysis, and mind maps.
