Merchant Strategy Analysis Expert - Lifestyle Services

1. Support merchant strategy analysis for lifestyle services, and plan short-term and mid-term commission and rebate strategies 2. Understand the business dynamics of in-store business in various industries from the perspectives of users, merchants, and supply (including but not limited to commission policies, rebate policies, B-end subsidies, C-end subsidies, etc.) 3. Design the processes, rules, and systems related to merchant strategies to enhance the experience of merchants cooperation with Douyin's live service, and follow up on the merchant's framework signing, execution, commission payment and other links 4. Build an analysis framework, disassemble and study complex topics, form merchant strategy recommendations through industry research and data analysis, and promote project implementation.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in business analysis, commercial analysis, sales operations, and sales strategy is preferred 2. Have data analysis/statistics knowledge, proficient in SQL, and experience in SPSS, Excel and other analysis tools is a plus 3. Have the ability to learn quickly, have excellent logical thinking ability and complex information processing ability, and can analyze and solve problems independently 4. Have strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork skills, and can promote the implementation of conclusions and decisions.
