Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the growth and management product strategy design of Douyin local life merchants, including but not limited to merchant stratification, growth transition, supply and demand analysis, etc., responsible for the sales and retention of merchants 2. In-depth exploration and analysis of business data, establishment of a clear growth indicator system, through data analysis to explore the growth and operation of merchants in different channels and industries, identify key issues, formulate specific and executable strategies, and monitor their impact on the sales of large-scale merchants 3. Closely cooperate with merchants/service providers and businesses to efficiently implement and verify the effectiveness of traction strategies, continuously iterate and optimize, and promote large-scale coverage by creating classic cases, task traction, incentive leverage, etc. 4. Collaborate with various teams such as business, R&D, algorithms, and recommendations to implement growth strategies into product capabilities and automation strategies with more long-term value.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of operation or data analysis experience, strong strategic abstraction and analysis capabilities, and priority will be given to those with relevant work experience in B-side business growth 2. Have strong logical thinking and innovative spirit, be able to identify key problems in complex businesses, have good strategic design, product thinking and data analysis capabilities, and be able to independently analyze and explore business demands and propose solutions 3. Good understanding and communication skills, strong execution, self-driven, good at cross-departmental communication and coordination, and be able to seek the best solution from a win-win perspective in a complex business environment.
