MGR II MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING

Job Overview

The Manager of Manufacturing Engineering will partner with Product Engineering, Operations, PjM functions etc. and lead team to drive lunch project, continuous improvement, process optimization and standardization throughout APACPlants.This position will report to the ICT BU Global MFE leader with leading APAC MFE team in Shanghai, Suzhou & Weifang.

What your background should look like:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working with a manufacturing or engineering organization required, preference in the automotive industry.
• Working knowledge of the development of products manufactured processes Molding, platting, stamping and assembly.
• Analytically minded and data-driven, logical thinking, applying a holistic overview of complex situations
• Bi-lingual in Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Project and AutoCAD or other layout software
• Strong business acumen communication abilities (written and verbal)
