Microsoft Co Pilot

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption and extensibility efforts for Microsoft Copilot, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.
• Manage the deployment and utilization of Power Platform solutions, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 apps, such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement and innovation in the use of Microsoft technologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of the deployed technologies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of Microsoft technologies, making recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies related to the use of Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Microsoft technologies, including Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, AI, and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Microsoft technologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Graph and other APIs.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
