Microsoft Global Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement middle and long term plan of Microsoft account worldwide for Datacom/Telecom business
2. Establish and maintain excellent relationship with Microsoft and it's ODM/CM suppliers
3. Manage RFQs, determine price and contractual conditions
4. Lead design-in and Techday activities in Microsoft worldwide
5. Negotiate & conclude supply contracts and price
6. Observe market and competition
7. Cooperate with quality department in dealing with customer concerns
8. Insure internal and external flow of information.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical engineering preferred
2. 5+ years in ODM/OEM/EMS for Microsoft Datacom/Telecom business is required
3. 5+ years of experience in customer relationship development and management.
4. 5+ years of experience of proven business development at Microsoft server business
5. Demonstrated ability to develop market penetration plans and roadmaps
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
7. Travel 50%+ ( US, China, ROA, Taiwan)
