Mobile Performance Optimization Engineer - Feishu

1. Responsible for the quality experience optimization of Feishu Hongmeng terminal, including but not limited to startup, fluency, resource usage, power consumption, etc., to create the ultimate office experience 2. Explore new technologies and implement them in business, develop high-performance frameworks to systematically solve problems, and work closely with manufacturers for underlying optimization 3. Go deep into business, promote the degradation of business on low-performance devices, and carry out refined experience improvement for different groups of people.

1. Proficient in ArkTS/C++/Rust languages, and familiar with Hongmeng development technology 2. Familiar with Hongmeng system application framework and various system characteristics, and proficient in using performance analysis tools 3. Solid computer foundation, good programming habits and software engineering design capabilities, and able to produce high-quality designs and codes 4. High enthusiasm for technology, strong self-drive, good execution, good communication and collaboration skills, and rigorous work attitude 5. Candidates with rich experience in client (Android/IOS) stability and performance optimization and the ability to solve difficult problems are preferred.
