Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the business implementation of voice front-end DSP, wake-up, VAD, ASR, TTS and other algorithms, and continuously iterate the optimization effect with the algorithm department, including determining the optimization goals, formulating optimization plans, and promoting the implementation of optimization projects to obtain benefits 2. Responsible for the algorithm solution research and architecture solution design for scenarios such as voice dialogue, multimodal interaction, and full-duplex interaction, and also responsible for promoting the implementation of the overall project 3. Responsible for human-computer dialogue interaction, and after combining with big model technology, research and exploration of new business scenarios, new interaction forms, and new algorithm applications.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 5 years of experience in voice R&D 2. Familiar with the principles of voice front-end, wake-up, VAD, ASR, TTS, DM and other algorithms 3. Experience in promoting and implementing voice interaction projects, and familiar with the mainstream voice system implementation solutions in the industry 4. Have solid engineering implementation and code optimization experience, familiar with C/C++ language, familiar with the code implementation of voice algorithm engine, and rich experience in voice system engineering optimization.
