Model Strategy Operation (Story Agent Direction) - CapCut

1. Responsible for the model training standards and corpus production of Jimeng AI model data (text, multimodal, etc.), and output reasonable and accurate annotation rules and evaluation standards according to the algorithm training direction 2. Responsible for the inspection and acceptance of data quality, formulate data quality standards, form a standardized process, and precipitate the annotation skill tree through problem summary and standard optimization to ensure that data quality meets the requirements 3. Cooperate with the corpus annotation team to deliver high-quality corpus, and improve the quality and efficiency of the annotated corpus through performance and training. 4. In-depth research on industry trends, explore high-quality data sources, evaluate the gains of each source on model performance, and support model quality improvement.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of operational work experience, experience in AI video creation or film and television creation is preferred 2. Familiar with large model capabilities, able to define what is good training data, and have a deep understanding of content quality 3. Have good logical and language skills, and can efficiently understand and summarize data features 4. Have good communication skills and be able to independently take charge of complex projects with cross-team collaboration.
