Responsibilities
Team Introduction: TikTok is an international short video platform covering 150 countries and regions. We hope to discover real and interesting moments through TikTok and make life better. TikTok has offices around the world, with global headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore, and offices in New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. TikTok AI Innovation Center is a department dedicated to AI infrastructure construction and innovative research, exploring industry-leading artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models, multimodal large models and other research directions. We hope to develop model algorithms that can handle multi-language and massive video content understanding to bring users a better content consumption experience. In the Code AI direction, we use the powerful code understanding and reasoning capabilities of large language models to improve program performance and R&D efficiency. 1. Explore large-scale and multimodal LLMs, and optimize the system to the level of other advanced models (such as Gemini, GPT) 2. Multimodal pre-training, instruction fine-tuning, human preference alignment and model compression 3. Implement related applications, including video understanding, recommendation and code generation 4. In-depth research and academic cooperation with researchers from top universities around the world.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related majors. Applicants who have published papers in the fields of machine learning (ML), computer vision (CV), natural language processing (NLP) are preferred. 2. Applicants who have excellent programming ability, data structure and algorithm skills, proficient in C/C++ or Python programming languages, and winners of ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle and other competitions are preferred. 3. Applicants who have research experience in the field of machine learning, especially in large-scale language models (LLMs) and generative artificial intelligence. 4. Applicants who love technology, have excellent problem analysis and solving skills, and are passionate about solving challenging problems, and have good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
