Responsibilities
Team introduction: The intelligent creation team is the creative scene business middle platform of ByteDance, responsible for the technology and business research and development of products such as Douyin and Jianying, covering technical fields such as computer vision, deep learning, high-performance computing, graphics, special effects engines, etc., and provides the company's internal business lines with industry-leading content understanding, content creation, interactive experience and consumption capabilities and industry solutions in various forms, and at the same time provides services to corporate customers through the Volcano Engine. 1. Propose AI solutions and algorithm models for related product needs 2. Develop, iterate and implement algorithm solutions 3. Follow up on new industry technologies and explore new technologies.
Qualifications
1. Solid algorithm foundation: recognition, retrieval, multimodal pre-training, probability statistics, numerical optimization and other related algorithms 2. Have research and implementation experience in at least one direction such as text/visual/cross-modal understanding, and research and implementation experience in text understanding/text abbreviation/text rewriting/title generation is preferred 3. Strong problem analysis and learning ability, able to quickly follow up cutting-edge technology, and apply it to practical problem solving 4. Good self-driving awareness and execution, strong practical skills, ACMICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle competition winners are preferred 5. Those who have published top papers as the main author are preferred, ACL/EMNLP/NAACL/NIPS/ICML/CVPR/ICCV, etc.
