Job Description

The Key Account Manager is accountable for delivering business segment objectives and share of customer volume by delivering sales strategic objectives at the lowest possible cost. They are also responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive customer business plans to deliver annual operating plan within trade investment plan

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of sales management experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry
  • Experience in modern channels or special channels is preferred
  • Good communication skills, sales data analysis skills and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, good team spirit, excellent policy implementation ability, good competitive awareness, and stress resistance

What will be your key responsibilities

  • Insight into the future development trend of gas station channels through market visits and channel research, formulate the development strategy of Mars products in gas station channels, promote the implementation of various KPIs in various regions and achieve the annual channel OP goals
  • Responsible for the annual contract negotiation and centralized procurement dealer management of CNPC/CNOOC centralized procurement nationwide, and promote the implementation in various regions/ Carry out docking and implementation.
  • Evaluate and formulate RTM strategies for gas station customer systems in various regions, and formulate follow-up plans based on the strategies to help the regions jointly promote and implement them.
  • Build and improve various data sources of gas station channels and use management tools to help the regions effectively improve various process indicators, thereby improving the market share and distribution performance of Mars products in the channel.
  • Effectively connect headquarters and regional departments, reasonably allocate resources and investment methods under the framework of headquarters, align departments channel development and maintain consistency
