Responsibility
1. Facilitate and coach NBD teams to achieve short-term and long-term business goals, in compliance with Delta NBD Management System.
2. Help NBD teams to shape business strategy, develop new market, and build ecosystem.
3. Help NBD teams to build the required core competencies more effectively in each phase.
4. Assist NBD teams to interlock with corp. functions and align with BG/BU and/or other NBD teams more efficiently, whereas their business development require to.
5. Contribute in best practice sharing to refine Delta NBD Management System.
6. Co-working with the NBD teams and coach to identify business oppty and provide value insights through various research reports
7. Support strategy work with ad-hoc research requests and integration of long range market & competitive insights into growth opportunity analysis.
Qualification
1. Proficiency in business strategy formulation & implementation 5 years.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
3. People management responsibilities 5 years.
4. Proven facilitation and coaching skill. Business team management or external consulting background is a must 3 years.
5. Experience in project management (leading medium-large projects and participating in large cross-team projects).
6. Proven track record of cross function & business groups collaboration, coordination with strong interpersonal skills.
7. New Business Development experience is highly preferred.
8. Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment effectively.
9. Engineering background a plus.
10. English proficiency required.
11. MBA highly preferred.
12. Overall working experiences: 10 years.
