Responsibilities
1. Responsible for formulating the new media matrix strategy of Douyin Life Service on various platforms, expanding brand influence and transaction volume, and being responsible for the number of fans, interaction and transaction volume of the account matrix 2. Responsible for content planning and creation, formulating content strategies and plans for new media platforms, writing, editing and publishing pictures, texts, videos and other content, and undertaking live broadcasts of events 3. Social media management: regularly update and maintain new media accounts to ensure continuous content output and activity, interact with fans, reply to comments and private messages, and establish good user relationships 4. Event planning and execution: plan and organize online and offline new media marketing activities to increase brand awareness and user engagement and track event results, conduct data analysis and review to optimize subsequent event plans 5. Monitor key indicators of new media platforms, such as fan growth, reading volume, forwarding volume, etc., and adjust operational strategies and content directions based on data analysis results to improve operational results 6. Understand industry dynamics, pay attention to the latest trends and technologies in the new media industry, and constantly explore new operating models and methods cooperation and promotion: find and expand cooperation opportunities with other brands, bloggers, KOLs, etc., expand brand influence, participate in the formulation of promotion plans, and increase the exposure and traffic of new media accounts.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of new media operation experience, advertising, journalism, marketing and other backgrounds are preferred 2. Familiar with the operation rules and gameplay of each platform, good at quickly increasing fans through multiple means, with successful 0-1 account creation experience and multi-platform account operation experience 3. Love the new media industry, have keen hot spot follow-up, operation and creation capabilities, and are good at content creativity and production 4. Have content operation and data analysis capabilities, be sensitive to account data and money-effective investment, and have good learning ability, creativity and curiosity.
