NLP Senior Algorithm Engineer - Feishu AI

1. Analyze business requirements, convert them into system design and algorithm tasks, and design the overall training process 2. Mine and extract data that meets the task requirements from public and authorized data, clean and process data, and set test sets and training sets 3. Understand and design solutions for unstructured data such as documents (such as tables in PDF) and videos, promote continuous iteration of solutions, and reach the first echelon in the industry 4. Follow up the progress of multimodal LLM in academia/industry in DocVQA, Table Understanding, document processing, and long video processing 5. Implement services or SDKs with relevant capabilities, and be responsible for their launch and operation and maintenance.

1. Master degree or above, computer-related major 2. Solid basic data structure and algorithm capabilities, solid coding skills 3. Experience in NLP-related projects, familiar with common algorithms, and understanding of common tools 4. Familiar with at least 1 server-side language and understand the best practices of its code, Python and Golang are preferred 5. Priority: understanding the main architecture of multimodal models in the industry, and having experience in the implementation and tuning of multimodal models 6. Have a good product concept, and be able to self-drive to find solutions to product problems and engineer them.
