Novel Internationalization Author Product Manager

1. Responsible for the product planning and implementation of functions related to novel internationalization authors, independently complete demand analysis, function design, coordinate resources from all parties and help the team to achieve goals efficiently 2. Starting from the experience of users and authors, be responsible for the full-link optimization of novel original content, including author growth, creative experience, distribution rule design, author incentives, and work influence creation 3. Through data analysis, author feedback, author research, etc., collaborate with the operation editing team to continuously discover and solve problems.

1. More than 2 years of product experience 2. Good English skills, can accept some English office work 3. Strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, good at cross-departmental communication and cooperation, open-minded 4. Passionate about internationalization, love creation, like to study different content on various platforms, and interested in the creator ecosystem.
