Job Responsibilities

1. Carefully implement hospital rules, regulations and procedures
2. Provide high-quality nursing services to patients
3. Be able to work in unity with other colleagues
4. Obey the work arrangements of the department director, the director of the nursing department and the head nurse, and complete the assigned tasks

Qualifications

Education: College or technical school
Work experience:
Experience in related departments, 3 years or more of pediatric disease experience in tertiary hospitals is preferred
Professional knowledge and skills:
1. Familiar with hospital rules and regulations and related procedures
2. Master the system and procedures of pediatric ward/neonatal ward/outpatient clinic
3. Possess clinical nursing knowledge
4. Nursing knowledge and technology of pediatric ward/neonatal ward/outpatient clinic
5. Good communication skills
6. Excellent basic computer operation and use of HIS/LIS system
