Develop, maintain, and execute short- and long-term O&M plans and schedules for onshore/offshore operations, ensuring alignment with subcontractor plans.
Ensure compliance with statutory asset inspections and manage records for wind turbine and BoP maintenance.
Support O&M Manager in daily operations, maximizing yield and minimizing downtime.
Conduct site performance reviews, address safety and process improvements, and manage emergency/unscheduled maintenance.
Coordinate offshore handovers, manage non-conformities, and oversee training needs, tools, and PPE tracking.
Qualifications:
5+ years in offshore wind, technical/engineering background.
Strong knowledge of offshore wind operations, HSE standards, and asset management.
Excellent communication, planning, and IT skills; proficiency in English and Chinese
Desirable:
Maintenance planning experience and knowledge of SAP.
