Responsibilities
1. Identify and understand the cultural and management issues or challenges faced by the R&D team, and launch content-led projects in a targeted manner to promote the resolution of corresponding issues 2. Develop a complete content dissemination plan for a specific project, influence global employees and managers through effective content and dissemination actions, and convey cultural and management concepts 3. Independently support content planning and production, including but not limited to business reviews, character stories, management issue research reports, creative content, etc., to promote the internal dissemination and understanding of the company and business management concepts and corporate culture through in-depth, solid or interesting content 4. Expand and operate internal and external cultural content channels, and improve the content dissemination effect by making good use of channels or even developing new channels 5. Possess an international perspective and rapid learning ability, and cooperate with other horizontal international teams to create strategies and content suitable for cultural communication.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in journalism, advertising, management, etc. is preferred 2. 5 years or more of human resources work experience, those with media, public relations, and brand-related work experience are preferred, and have solid interview, writing and creative abilities 3. Have solid project management and strategic abilities, be able to independently coordinate, collaborate, and communicate on relatively complex projects, be good at coordinating internal and external resources, and work with others to promote results 4. Good logical thinking, a certain breadth of knowledge structure, strong understanding and learning ability of new things and new knowledge, broad vision, and active thinking 5. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, and those who can use English as a working language are preferred.
