Applicants must have Form Three or above and at least one year of full-time work experience, be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English, and be able to write and read Chinese and simple English. . The candidate will be required to assist in general office duties, including cleaning offices, meeting rooms and pantries, preparing meetings and tea, document delivery, ordering department supplies, and simple clerical work including inputting information, photocopying and Archive, support college activities, and perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good communication skills, good organizational skills, and be able to work independently and perform multitasks. They should also be self-motivated, responsible and a good team member. Those with basic skills in PC and software applications including MS Excel and Word processing are preferred.
The appointee will perform general duties including cleaning offices, meeting rooms and pantry, venue setup for meetings, dispatching documents, and ordering office supplies. He/She will also provide general clerical support including data entry, photocopying, filing, assist in Faculty's events and perform any other duties as assigned.
