The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree, preferably in construction, engineering, social science, training, marketing, or other related disciplines
- a minimum of 3 years post-qualification work experience, highly preferable in construction / employee retraining/ apprentices programmes, student placement, vocational training, or sales & marketing
- a high level of integrity and a good sense of responsibility
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capability of coordinating between various stakeholders and
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)
Duties include
- to coordinate in students / graduates job placement related administration and coordination work
- to liaise with and search for potential employers and secure sufficient job opportunities for graduates
- to assist in the implementation of the apprenticeship programme for employees and apprentices
- to conduct follow up calls and site visits to graduates/apprentices
- to organise career-related events and activities such as career talks, mentorship programmes, site practice, job fairs, alumni affairs, etc. and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
