What you'll do:
- Support consultancy / government funded projects for fostering digital transformation of the local industries from preparation, implementation to post-event reporting.Projects, include but not limited to,seminars, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, focus groups, company visits and study missions
- Provide administrative support to the team, include but not limited to, handle vendors invoices and payment, procurement procedures, contract management and compile data for financial reporting / analysis
- Assist in providing design idea, preparing proposal, report and conducting robust presentation
- Support the team in research and development of new projects
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
- Liaise with unit heads and staff members on unit operations and ensure compliance with corporate directions, policies and practices
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Attentive to details and proactive with strong initiation
- Good planning and organization skills, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office experience in SAP and familiar with design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat etc.) is a plus
- Self-motivated with good communication skill, event management skills and a team player
