The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree preferably in facilities management / building services / engineering or other construction related discipline
- a minimum of 3 years post-qualification relevant and concrete work experience in facilities management / project management
- solid project planning and management skills and can demonstrate strong abilities in organisation, setting priorities, documentation and multi-tasking
- excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
- a flexible mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet the set objectives of the organisation
- excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese hands on experience in preparing manuals, schedules, tender documents and discussion papers is preferred and
- With experience or knowledge of Low voltage (LV) or Extra low-voltage (ELV) equipment, such as CCTV, access control systems, IoT equipment and related technologies is preferred.

Duties include
- to implement the development of plans and programmes for repair and maintenance to all CIC's premises
- to assist in standardising and centralising the existing repair and maintenance contracts to all CIC's premises
- to perform the on-site technical support in routine preventive maintenance to ensure the facilities continue to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently
- to be responsible for ad-hoc or emergency repair and maintenance requests to all CIC's premises
- to provide the technical support in regular incident and status reports of various operations and maintenance
- to assist in the preparation of various maintenance term contracts and tender documents
- to coordinate proactively with different departments of CIC & HKIC, (e.g. Procurement and Finance Department, etc.) for achieving the service pledges of EO.
- to assist in monitoring the annual budget related to repair and maintenance to all CIC's premises and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
