This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 1.5 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with airlines and tourism partners for seasonal sales campaigns and establish long-term partnerships
- Maintain proactive communication and follow up on collaboration initiatives with respective business partners
- Define user requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements within HKAirportShop.com
- Update product information and associated terms and conditions, monitor product inventory and manage fulfilment status on HKAirportShop.com
- Generate sales reports and provide regular updates on performance metrics to management and business partner
- Address customer inquiries and provide support as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Marketing, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the airport, airline, travel, hospitality, or other related industries
- Knowledge and experience in hospitality industry, travel product sales and distribution, as well as planning and executing marketing campaigns, are preferred
- Strong team player with excellent coordination, planning, and organizational skills, demonstrating high integrity
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing, with exceptional PowerPoint skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (i.e. Cantonese & Putonghua)
