What you'll do:
- Support consultancy / government funded projects for fostering digital transformation of the local industries from preparation, implementation to post-event reporting. Projects, include but not limited to seminars, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, focus groups, company visits and study missions
- Provide administrative support to the team, include but not limited to, handle vendors invoices and payment, procurement procedures, contract management and compile data for financial reporting / analysis
- Support the team in research and development of new projects
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree with at least 2 years working experience. Experience working with trade / industry associations is an advantage
- Attentive to details and proactive with strong initiation
- Good organization skills, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with good communication skill, event management skills and a team player
