The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree in construction related disciplines
- qualification of Registered Safety Officer (RSO), holder of Safety Supervisor, First Aid, Certificate would be an advantage
- a minimum of 3 years post-qualification work experience in construction / engineering / facility management, preferably in sizable organisations
- conversance with renowned safety management system and vision
- excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
- proficiency in Microsoft application softwares (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing and
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Good command of Putonghua would be an advantage).

Duties include
- to support the daily operation of the Safety Training Centre (STC)
- to manage and / or assist the administration of safety training facilities, equipment and venue including daily operation and planning
- to plan, organise and conduct safety experience training, demonstration, tuition and follow-up
- to assist the development of STC as a Centre of Excellence in the safety stream and to promote STC as an information centre on work safety in construction industry
- to assist in designing and implementing tour experiences on an on-going basis
- to assist in organising group tours, seminars and any other publicity events and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
