Responsibilities
1. Requirements collection and analysis: Be familiar with and pay attention to the current situation and evolution path of mainstream cloud service providers at home and abroad, and conduct dynamic and advantages and disadvantages analysis through a systematic approach have an in-depth understanding of business processes such as technical document collaboration or after-sales and filing, collect and analyze user feedback, identify core needs and problems, and define product requirements communicate and coordinate across departments, and work closely with TW (document engineer), after-sales, customer service, compliance, technology and data teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of requirements 2. Product planning and design: In combination with the development trend of cloud computing and the business direction of Volcano Engine, design product PRD and key architecture for the long-term evolution of the platform, plan product roadmap and product core competitiveness, promote the implementation of platform planning, and achieve industry-leading innovation capabilities define and get close to platform customers, understand customer needs, and combine platform planning to summarize and abstract them into platform capabilities 3. According to market demand and changes, reasonably arrange iterations to promote the implementation of needs, and ensure the usability, security and compliance of the platform define the platform dimension business indicator system, and continuously improve the core business processes and data governance corresponding to the indicators, requiring core indicators to be measurable and product value to be predictable 4. Project management and implementation: Promote cross-departmental cooperation to ensure that the responsible products and system functions are launched on time track the entire life cycle of the product from development, testing to launch, ensure efficient delivery, and promptly resolve various problems during development and launch 5. Monitoring and feedback analysis: Evaluate product performance and user satisfaction through data monitoring and analysis, analyze key indicators in business processes, and propose optimization plans regularly pay attention to market trends and product dynamics, adjust product positioning and function design in a timely manner, and enhance platform competitiveness promptly follow up on daily problems of business systems, handle feedback, and improve platform reliability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above Education: Information management, computer science or related majors are preferred 2. More than 3 years of experience as a platform product manager, understanding of cloud computing business, familiar with the design and implementation process of SaaS, AI and platform products 3. Familiar with documents, after-sales and filing processes, understanding the management and design of platform products, and having experience in compliance system product design is preferred proficient in demand analysis and user research methods, and strong data analysis capabilities 4. Excellent cross-departmental communication and project management capabilities, able to coordinate resources to efficiently advance projects proficient in product design tools (such as Axure, Sketch, Figma, etc.) 5. Result-oriented, with strong execution and analytical problem-solving capabilities user-oriented, focusing on user experience and product quality, and able to design innovative products that meet business needs 6. Have judgment on the business, be able to identify key contradictions in complex and tedious situations, and design effective short-term and medium-term solutions be responsible, have strong stress resistance, and be able to practice customer first in daily work and achieve customer success.
