Offshore O&M Manager

Responsibilities:

• Foster a strong HSE culture and support the Annual O&M Program offshore.
• Manage daily offshore operations, coordinating schedules, contractors, and maintenance.
• Conduct HSE audits, safety meetings, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and continuous improvement of O&M plans.
• Prepare operational and HSE reports, support O&M Manager, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in offshore wind, technical/engineering background.
• GWO certified, able to work 14/14 rotation, strong communication and IT skills.
• English and Chinese proficiency (CEFR C1+).
