#Red Bull Ambassador
Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners (including, but not limited to, KA buyers/managers, F&B managers, distribution partners, etc.). Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network. Be seen as the credible, reliable, and knowledgeable face of the Red Bull in the On Premise.
#Strategy and planning
Identification of the most relevant channels and customers (size and relevance) in the respective market and development of long term visions to drive vertical and horizontal distribution and sales. Close alignment with local Marketing on market-relevant industry- and consumer insights and national focus areas. Annual business planning for On Premise Key Accounts, including budget- and volume forecast as well as a thought through activation plan for each Key Account.
#Managing and Developing Key Accounts
Maximization of existing customer performance via effective joint business planning. Negotiating win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Red Bulls and the customers business. Managing agreed budget forecast and spend for each account. Monitoring customer performance and margin against investment and taking corrective action where necessary. Develop and negotiate new accounts to grow the business in line with overall On Premise strategy and focus.
#Tracking, Analysing and Reporting
Measuring success by diligently tracking, analysing and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity. Ongoing data maintenance and optimization in the Key Account Tracker and sharing status on Key Account volume, distribution, execution and agreements with NOPM/Area On Premise Team.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Key Account management experience in B2B preferred. Previous experience with an expansive network in the food solution, HORECA and/or FMCG industry preferred.
- 3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success. (in the On Premise beverage industry is a plus).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).Strong planning, prioritization and organizational ability. Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
- Social Chameleon. Understands all groups of people, what every type of person has to deal with daily and knows how to act around them. Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation and professional appearance according to audience and scene.
- High negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
