Responsibilities
1. Support the fast-growing e-commerce consumer durables business, including mobile phones/second-hand/home appliances, etc. Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities, solve business pain points and output short-, medium- and long-term feasible solutions 2. Track daily business operation data, identify opportunities and problems as well as gaps with the industry, and actively explore topics worthy of further exploration 3. Research on key topics, including but not limited to brand share, new product growth, hot product selection, etc., output insights, provide decision support and suggestions 4. Lead key projects, integrate projects based on opportunities and problems identified by analytical insights, and implement projects as PMO to support business growth.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of operational work experience, with relevant work experience in Internet e-commerce and business analysis 2. Good logical analysis ability and data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data, and timely discover and analyze the implicit changes or problems behind the business 3. Have a deeper understanding of business mechanisms and business models, and be able to gain insight into potential business opportunities and find growth space from the perspective of business development 4. Have outstanding communication and teamwork skills, have certain experience in cross-team and cross-department project resource integration, and be able to independently promote project implementation.
