Responsibilities
1. Be familiar with the group's various safety risk-related rules and regulations, and link the group's risk control, internal control and product departments to jointly promote the construction of risk prevention, identification and disposal capabilities 2. Have an in-depth understanding of the basic business-related processes, product functions and internal collaboration mechanisms, and through the customized configuration of general risk capabilities in different scenarios, cover all business domains internally to achieve departmental risk management without blind spots 3. Conduct periodic full or sample security screening of businesses and products, identify problems and analyze the causes, form short-term rectification and long-term management and control plans, and promote and support relevant departments to make improvements 4. Form a periodic & temporary investigation mechanism to monitor, identify and deal with risk scenarios such as performance fraud, asset loss, and information leakage 5. Complete security inspections such as access and flight inspections of BPO offshore workplaces, and continuously supervise and improve the safety level of the production environment 6. According to business needs, publish and update system specifications related to security risks, promote the construction of risk-related product capabilities, and continuously improve the efficiency of security-related work.
Qualifications
1. Majors related to auditing, economics, management, finance or legal affairs 2. About 5 years of work experience related to risk control, internal control, compliance, and internal audit 3. Have certain work experience in Internet e-commerce, and have experience in BPO customer service and auditing of e-commerce platforms are preferred.
