This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide project support, including progress monitoring, documentation governance, financial and procurement related processing, etc
- Be in charge of various visits and demonstrations to showcase technology applications in HKIA, including liaison with internal and external parties for scheduling and logistics arrangements, as well as on-site briefings to visitors
- Issue circulars and community staff instructions, and prepare for amendment and issuance of procedures or manuals
- Manage housekeeping records and databases to enable effective information tracking and trace
- Provide administrative support to the team, e.g., arrange business travel, coordinate participation in company or departmental events, schedule appointments, manage office supplies and resources, etc
Requirements:
- Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years work experience will also be considered
- Associate degree / higher diploma, or secondary education level with only 2 years work experience will be considered as Operation OfficerTrainee
- Experience in airport business and administrative work is preferred
- Good team player with proactive attitude
- Competent PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Possession of valid HK driving license with Class 1 is preferred
