Provide quality customer services at Government VIP Lounge (GVIPL) / HKIA VIPLounge (HKIAL)
Assist VIPs in check-in arrangements, immigration and customs clearance
Monitor the performance of suppliers / service contractors and conduct regularinspections at GVIPL / HKIAL
Assist in managing the daily operations of GVIPL and HKIAL, e.g. inventory controland management
Perform other customer service duties assigned by the Authority
Required to work on shift duties
Requirements
Degree holder with1 year'srelevant work experience, associate degree, or secondaryleveleducation with at least 5 years work experience will also be considered
Work experience in hospitality industry, upscale restaurants or retail stores is anadvantage
A good team player with good interpersonal, problem solving andorganizationalskills
Independent and able to work under pressure
Familiar with MS Office applications
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
