Assist in the management of SkyPier Terminal (SPT) operations and the development of SPT transfer services perform remedial responses to various kinds of operational issues and regulate works and activities in SPT to maintain smooth operations
Act as the focal point of contact with SPT stakeholders, prepare and disseminate updates of SPT operational information with the fulfillment of regulatory compliance
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operation procedures and contingency plans are in place to cope with the latest developments and facilitate the necessary drills and exercises
Perform backend processing of tax refund operations, including daily refund verification and billing settlement with liaison among airlines and handling agents
Assist in data processing and analysis for the trend of traffic and service performance
Prepare regular reports and meetings of SPT operations for stakeholders including government departments and airlines
Requirements:
Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed associate degree or higher diploma with a minimum 2 years relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years work experience will also be considered
Experience in cross boundary transport, airlines, ground handling agents and aviation is preferred
Strong analytical, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
