Monitor the performance of service contractors/ licensees through regular audits and workflow review according to the prescribed standards
Assist in contract management including general administration, monthly reports preparation and agreements, performance and budget monitoring
Coordinate facility/service/system enhancement projects through effective collaboration with various internal and external parties
Conduct market studies, benchmarking analysis and customer surveys to support operation and strategy planning
Assist in handling complaint cases and passenger injury incidents from investigation through to mitigation and feedback to passengers
Assist in the compilation of relevant statistical reports, work plans and business presentation
Perform real-time airport operation support duties on needed basis
Requirements:
Degree holder and fresh graduate in Business Administrative, Aviation Management, Facility Management, or other related disciplines or proven experience in airport operations. Associate degree or higher diploma with a minimum 2 years relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years work experience will also be considered
Associate degree / higher diploma, or secondary education level with only 2 years work experience will be considered as an Operation Officer Trainee
Responsible, proactive, innovative and service oriented
Good problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skills
Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage.
Proficient in PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
