Operational Project Manager
Location:Taipei, Taiwan
Our client is looking for an Operational Project Manager, who will be provided with a unique opportunity to participate in all relevant disciplines of Wind Power projects. The successful candidate will establish and maintain close cooperation with customers, key suppliers, site managers and back office.
Key Responsibilities
- Being a part of the project execution process from A Z.
- Purchasing of components and other materials for Service Projects together with our Procurement.
- Guiding and managing blue collars regarding project execution in close collaboration with Site Manager.
- Participating in customer and supplier meetings.
- Managing the project budget in cooperation with our Finance Department.
- Keeping track on project time plan and progress.
- Ensuring a safe and quality focused environment together with our QHSE Department.
- Participation in local tendering process for service projects.
- Ad hoc assignments at the office and/or on other projects in different departments.
Requirements
- Technical background e.g., Marine Engineer/Electrical Engineer with offshore experience and knowledge about Medium and High Voltage inspection and test is an advantage.
- Experience with project management and leadership will be an advantage.
- Experience with contracts deliveries.
- Experienced user within Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
- Taiwanese and English language capabilities at a professional and technical level.
