Operations Analyst - Cost Budget

1. Build a budget control system that adapts to the business, formulate budget management specifications, and publish budget control processes to ensure the effectiveness of budget control 2. As a resource management partner of the business manager, coordinate and plan long-term and short-term business/project resources according to the business strategy direction, continuously track the progress of cost expenses, gain insight into business opportunities and resource usage risks from dynamic data, and adjust control in a timely manner 3. Research the industry-leading cost management system, explore and build a cost management mechanism that meets the business characteristics, and help improve business cost efficiency 4. Compare and analyze the cost expenditure data of each business line and department, regularly output business end cost management reports, and provide data support and suggestions for the operational decision-making of the business line manager.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of business analysis/audit/financial BP/consulting industry experience is preferred 2. Strong logical thinking ability, with a global perspective and detail control, good at coordination and communication 3. Strong learning ability and self-motivation, continuous curiosity about the business and rapid growth 4. Careful, diligent, and responsive in work 5. Good teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
