Step into a career where you and your colleagues deliver world-class operations and asset management of offshore wind farms in Taiwan, Australia, and Korea
The rsted Global Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential. We offer you an intense two-year developmental journey where you'll learn from experts within your field and get diverse project experience, develop transferable skills, and build a strong cross-functional network with other talents.
The graduate journey
Our Global Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, where you'll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.
You'll work with a team of dedicated, passionate team players on strategic projects for Operations APAC. We analyse complex operational, commercial, and technical challenges to help drive our performance, value of assets, and revenue, and drive value for our external owners and rsted. Your second rotation is potentially with APAC Asset Management that represents the rsted owner of the asset, with stakeholder management responsibility and external owner reporting.
You'll play an important role in:
- driving and delivering on key strategic projects for Operations APAC management
- supporting our development of contingency plans for asset recovery and repair
- supporting our integration of new offshore wind farms into our operating hub in Taichung
- using data and your analytical skill to provide the basis for a step change in our delivery and execution of offshore wind farm service.
To succeed in this role, you:
- have a master's degree in engineering, economics, business, or similar from before 1 September 2025
- have a maximum of one year of full-time, relevant work experience between your master's completion and 1 September 2025
- have a passion for green energy solutions and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- are curious and have the ability to listen and translate information into actionable next steps
- are a team player who thrives on collaboration in an international environment.
Maybe you've read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don't quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
