Responsibilities
1. Responsible for leading the construction and iteration of the service/appeal/audit/quality inspection indicator system, forming a systematic indicator tracking and analysis mechanism, continuously locating and discovering problems and opportunities, building a data-driven mechanism, promoting indicator improvement and problem solving, and fully evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy, the results and benefits, and the business impact 2. Responsible for the planning and design of multi-dimensional data models, forming a prediction and early warning mechanism for changes in factors that affect indicators, and providing decision support for business and management 3. According to business needs, work closely with products and data warehouses to build and optimize data indicators and calibers, and manage data indicators throughout the life cycle 4. Undertake the splitting and management of goals, team management, sort out workflows and member division of labor arrangements, and enhance the core cohesion of the team.
Qualifications
1. Applied mathematics, statistics and related majors, with data modeling, BI experience or proficiency in SQL, Python, Hive and other related tools preferred 2. More than 5 years of experience in Internet platform data operation and management, familiar with the Internet e-commerce industry, familiar with service/appeal/audit/quality inspection and other businesses 3. Excellent data sensitivity and insight verified by actual work, rich experience in data indicator management, data analysis and modeling 4. Excellent communication and expression skills, strong coordination and promotion ability, and experience in building data-driven mechanisms are preferred 5. Product awareness and data product work experience are preferred 6. Strong sense of responsibility and sense of responsibility.
