1. Responsible for optical waveguide process development and device R&D 2. Explore and develop new process technology and supplier management 3. Responsible for sample testing, data collection and collation, failure analysis and simulation, etc.

1. Master degree or above in optics, physics, materials science, semiconductor microelectronics or optoelectronic devices related technical disciplines 2. Experience in optical waveguide, micro-nano optical devices or semiconductor process development, and a good foundation in optical knowledge such as diffraction optics, wave optics, etc. 3. Familiar with semiconductor processing technology, such as electron beam exposure, lithography, etching, coating, etc. 4. Strong technical communication skills and sense of responsibility, and a strong interest in XR research and development.
