1. Responsible for the front-end and back-end process development and platform construction of optical waveguides 2. Explore and develop new process technology 3. Find and develop supplier resources, establish a supplier resource pool, and cooperate with suppliers to develop process technology 4. Cooperate with optical design engineers to develop key optical components for AR display.

1. Master degree or above, major in physics, materials science, semiconductor microelectronics or optoelectronic devices 2. 5 years or more of experience in optical waveguide, micro-nano optical device or semiconductor process development, with a good foundation of optical knowledge 3. Strong technical communication and leadership skills, and a strong interest in XR research and development.
