Under general supervision, perform tasks at a country level associated with site activation activities in accordance with applicable local and/or international regulations, standard operating procedures, contractual requirements guidelines
Analyze the current order to deliever processes and activities, to identify issues and drive for improvement.
Integration and implementation of overseas subsidiaries processes, systems and SOPs.
Develop customer satisfaction goals and liaise with internal stakeholders
Coordinate with internal departments for goods allocations and availability, and work with them to resolve orders/shipments related problems
Professionally handle and coordinate with various parties to ensure customers complaints & requests are handled promptly and accurately
Minimum Job Requirements
College graduate or above
5+ years relevant working experience in international trade business. Knowledge of business complexity, compliance, supply chain and relevant markets The regional experience for initiatives/project from order to bill process implementation is must.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English both written and verbal. (TOEIC above 800)
Proactively solicit feedback, ask clarifying questions and resolve issues in a non-confrontational way
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required to assess and resolve issues with strong attention to details.
Comfortable with ambiguity and working across multiple functions, regions and cultures, should be able to set high working standards, be able to communicate in both words, and numbers, be self-motivate and independent, detail oriental and demonstrate ability to convert data into meaningful information
Proactivity in taking up responsibilities and supporting team members.
Good computer skill (Familiar with SAP and E-commerce is preferable, MS Excel, Word, Power Point).
