Responsibilities
1. Conduct research and systematic thinking on the company's leadership, have the ability to interview and diagnose, and make accurate identification and judgment based on the management and business needs for leadership 2. Design leadership implementation plans based on needs and promote project development, including but not limited to the following: 1) Develop a series of leadership courses, including course design and development, case extraction, course teaching, course operation, etc. 2) Customize the design of workshops with different leadership themes based on business needs, and guide co-creation and implement them well 3) Build a learning platform, design and implement management sharing projects, and create a learning and communication atmosphere 3. Provide professional strategic advice and guidance to business departments, discover and promote solutions to organizational leadership improvement, optimize learning and development solutions, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in human resources, management, psychology, etc. are preferred 2. Have TD/OD capabilities (talent training, leadership training, organizational diagnosis, etc.), and have functional/support work experience is preferred 3. Have systematic thinking, problem-solving ability, and innovation ability 4. Be willing to meet challenges and have strong internal drive.
