Job Purpose
The OTC Product Manager is responsible to develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate the annual marketing plan for principal's approval
- Elaborate the promotion programs and communicate with sales force for execution
- Track the implementation and report to principals for the result/ marketing intelligence
- Implement product knowledge training on sales force
- Experiences in OTC/FMCG product and familiar with DS channel
- Maximize the business opportunity of responsible clients by well Marketing planning
Qualification
Must Have
- 5+years of OTC/FMCG marketing role
- Good at number analysis and with accurate action
- Excellent English ability can communicate among internal/external stake holders(eg. sales team, regional office, clients and vendor
Nice to have
- Distributor channel experience
