Responsibilities

Responsible for the operation of international talent service providers, serving creative suppliers (agencies and talents), formulating operation strategies, and being responsible for the scale, quality, structure and income of agencies and talents 2. In-depth understanding of all parties of partners Communication, empowerment through special projects, training, and mid- and high-level negotiations, so as to promote the common growth of both parties goals and achieve win-win results 3. Gaming industry talent supply ecosystem operation: deeply understand the market demand of the overseas gaming industry, coordinate the delivery of service providers, accumulate high-quality industry talent content experience and methodology, and improve the talent ecosystem effect through institutional education and training 4. Exploration Business growth: Independently responsible for industry projects, insight into business opportunities and incremental space, from project planning & strategy formulation to collaborative business promotion and implementation, and tracking and reviewing the results, promoting planning to the final achievement of results 5. Service Business product infrastructure: Coordinate the supply and demand sides of the talent matching tool from a business perspective, communicate and collaborate closely with internal and external partners, understand the pain points of institutions, efficiently transmit information, form product demand and promote iteration, and improve business matching efficiency.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of experience in talent marketing, with operational experience in the international gaming industry preferred 2. Strong self-motivation 3. Strong data analysis ability, data sensitivity, and goal orientation 4. Strong communication and writing skills, with an international perspective, able to communicate with international organizations without barriers, reach consensus and promote cooperation.
