Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall product construction of the international data annotation platform, promote tool empowerment, and support the improvement of the review and risk control capabilities of content security businesses at home and abroad 2. Connect with the business team, go deep into business scenarios, explore business demand pain points, break down problems into executable product/operation paths, and build general platform capabilities 3. Responsible for data analysis and tracking optimization effects after product launch, and promote continuous product innovation and optimization 4. Continue to pay attention to business feedback and industry frontiers, explore relevant work pain points that serve business goals from a global perspective and propose solutions, promote product capability iteration, expand platform boundaries, ensure that platform products remain competitive in efficiency and functional experience, and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in business backend product construction, English can be used as a working language 2. Have excellent logical understanding and data analysis capabilities, can define problems and explore the essence based on data feedback, and are good at solving problems systematically 3. Have a global vision, good business thinking, not limited to undertaking business needs, have certain thinking and judgment on business models and trends, can actively explore product improvement points, and deeply cooperate with business 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, strong communication and collaboration skills, can handle complex collaborative relationships, and share business goals with business 5. Bonus points: Have AI/LLM related experience have content-based products and labor-intensive industry experience have a deep understanding of the content security industry have overseas study or work experience.
