Overseas Platform Service Operation Manager (Beijing/Shenzhen)

1. Responsible for the operation of Panlge traffic-side platform services, including but not limited to contract management, payment management, customer service management, risk control compliance and security, etc. 2. Optimize existing settlement and contract, risk control compliance and other related functions and business processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience 3. Collect and follow up on the product requirements of the business team, be able to independently write BRD, and be able to regularly conduct product function training and information synchronization for the business team 4. Support the work of other product operation teams.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with a background in finance and tax law preferred 2. Experience in overseas Internet products, operations and advertising preferred 3. Possess certain project management capabilities and understand the logic of platform products 4. Strong learning ability, strong independent thinking ability and self-motivation 5. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit 6. Fluent in English, with listening, speaking, reading and writing skills that can be used for work.
