Our client, a renowned US-based law firm, is seeking a talented paralegal to join their high-performing corporate team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive support across a diverse spectrum of corporate matters, including mainly ECM work but also some DCM, M&A and general commercial work.
The ideal candidate will possess either 0.5-2 years working within the corporate department of a leading international law firm.
